Alternate Cynthia and Penny

I said I was going to draw Alternate Versions of my OCs. So, here's Cynthia Jenkins and Penny the Platypus from the Second Dimension. Here is their story.

During, Alt. Doof's Reign of Evil, nobody was allowed to have pets. That's how Alt. Doof caught Alt. Perry and changed him to Platyborg. Alt. Cynthia made sure all Pets in the Tri-State Area wouldn't be caught by Alt. Doof, so she made a shelter where the animals can be safe. Even though she hated being ruled with an iron fist. Alt. Cynthia couldn't help but have a little crush on the one-eyed Tyrant when she first saw him on the Evil News Network.

It was a week after Alt. Doof got sent to Prison. A Judge decided to give him community service when Alt. Doof pleaded that he only enslaved man-kind was he only wanted his beloved "Choo-Choo" and he found it. For Community Service, Alt. Doof was going to assist Alt. Cynthia in helping give the animals to their rightful owners. Alt. Cynthia told Alt. Doof about her secret crush on him and it was love.

Alt. Cynthia is kind of like the other Cynthia. They both love animals and have a thing for tall, slender, guys with pointy noses. Now, the other Penny simply adores Dr. Doofenshmirtz. But, Alt. Penny despises the alternate version of Doof. Mainly, because she actually saw Alt. Doof take Alt. Perry away, when both platypuses were snuggling with each other in the backyard.
