Description

I thought that little girl, Melissa was so adorable in the new episode, "We call it Maze." Hailey looks like she's the same age, so I thought she would become a Little Spark. Penny is her Troop's Mascot.

I'm also thinking of making Hailey also take Ballet and Karate.
